The legal filing raises eyebrows since The National ENQUIRER exclusively reported in 2009 that he was having an affair with the aspiring actress, E’Dena Hines, 33.
E’Dena was brutally stabbed on Aug. 16 by her crazed boyfriend Lamar Davenport, 30.
E’Dena didn’t leave a will, which left her mom and deadbeat dad, Edward Lee Hines, in line for her inheritance.
