Mini-Me Verne Troyer settled his lawsuit against porno distrib who were set to unleash his naughtiness on the world.
Court documents filed Friday revealed the diminutive thesp had filed a $20 mill suit against XXX broker Kevin Blatt, distrib SugarDVD and celeb web site TMZ after clips of the 50 minute home porno were streamed.
Before any of the parties can show the tape they have to have Troyer’s signed approval before selling, distributing or licensing any images from the dwarf-rotic steamer.
Troyer’s lawyer, Edwin McPherson, said the Austin Powers baddie has no intention of ever signing any release forms, natch.
He also stated they plan to amend the agreement to prevent Ranae Shrider, Troyer’s ex from releasing the tape.
It is not known whether U.S. District Judge Philip Gutierrez has OK’d the deal but since all parties have agreed; the settlement is pretty much a done deal.
