PRINCE MICHAEL, the King of Pop’s eldest son, damns concert promoter in bombshell testimony in wrongful death trial.

Michael also said his father was excited about resuming touring but was more han unhappy at the terms of the show dates with promoter AEG

Jackson, 16,  told jurors his dad desperately wanted more rehearsal time, He also told of several heated phone exchanges with  the  "This Is It" promoter, AEG, that ending with Michael Jackson bursting into tears, exclaiming  “’They're going to kill me!’"

As The ENQUIRER  reported previously the  lawsuit brought by Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine claims AEG negligently hired Conrad Murray, the doctor who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter after dosing Jackson with an overdose of the anesthetic Propofol.

AEG denies it hired the physician or bears any responsibility for the entertainer's death.

Paris Jackson, 15, is still expected to testify following a release from the hospital after her abortive suicide bid.
