Prince Harry may not be a fan of Instagram at all, but that doesn’t seem to be the case with his wife, Meghan Markle, as she is determined to make royal history by sharing the first picture of her child on her new Instagram account.

It is seemingly part of her drive to modernize the monarchy and she allegedly feels she can be more in control of the snap than if she had to pose like Kate Middleton outside the maternity wing. Sources say she will set up the pic so it looks “real” — possibly cradling her baby in a hospital bed — as she does not want to alienate “real” moms who do not have teams of stylists as the Duchess of Cambridge, 37, did to prepare them for their first post-birth picture.

Insiders add that the former actress, 37, will be barred by senior royal advisors from posing in her birth bed as it is “unseemly” for royals. It seems like the Duchess of Sussex will set up the image as carefully as if it was taken by professionals despite her drive to want to seem “real.”

And this news comes after the Suits alum’s husband, 34, completely bashed social media, telling the crowd at the YMCA in South Ealing, London, on March 8, “Social media is more addictive than drugs and alcohol, yet it’s more dangerous because it’s normalized and there are no restrictions to it.” He added, “Without that human connection, when you do have a problem you have nowhere to go. The only place you might go is online and you will probably end up getting bullied.”

How will Harry feel about Meghan sharing a photo of their child on Instagram?!
