New court papers have revealed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. finally admitted he was two-timing his future wife, Cheryl Hines, with a wealthy socialite, as exclusively reported by The National ENQUIRER.
Documents filed in the nasty divorce of Chelsea Kirwan and her plastic surgeon husband, Laurence, revealed Bobby “will admit” to the tryst, but will testify “that he did not have a sexual relationship with [her] prior to her filing for divorce.”
The bombshell papers were filed Dec. 12 in Stamford, Conn., Superior Court. Lawyers for Chelsea’s estranged hubby want Bobby to appear for a legal deposition in the case on Feb. 10.
In our June 30 edition, we withheld Chelsea’s name from print, but the mother-of-four was later publicly identified.
Chelsea didn’t know Bobby planned to wed the “Curb Your Enthusiasm” actress, The ENQUIRER previously reported.
“Like he’s done with numerous women before, he turned on the Kennedy charm to woo her into the sack,” the source said. “He’s a no-good horndog!”
Bobby, an environmental activist, preyed on Chelsea at her gym, “[taking] advantage of her at a very vulnerable time.” Chelsea filed for divorce from her husband in 2012.
RFK Jr., 61, married Cheryl, 49, last August.
A source added: “Cheryl can’t be happy that only months after they walked down the aisle, Bobby’s entangled in a nasty divorce and now faces embarrassing questions under oath about him and his former mistress.”
