Guess that APPRENTICE thingie didn’t work out for the “Buddy Holly” star – GARY BUSEY busted.
Busey — who's starred in more than 70 movies including "LETHAL WEAPON" – barely has $50,000 to his name, according to official documents.
Busey, 67, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California yesterday. Gary claims he has less than $50,000 in assets — AND between $500,000 and $1,000,000 in multiple debts.
According to the legal docs, Busey says he owes his hard won bread to the IRS, ambulance chasers, the UCLA Medical Center, Wells Fargo, L.A. County Waterworks Districts and a storage facility.
In the docs, Busey says he might also money to Carla Loeffler, who sued Gary for allegedly attacking her at a Tulsa airport back in May.
While most Americans STILL might think $50K is a lot of dough to have, Busey appears in need of a hand-out to deal with his mounting debt.
