NASCAR speed king testifies in court his ex GF told him she was a trained assassin who participated in “Zero Dark Dirty” missions worldwide.

The testimony emerged in the court battle between Kurt and Patricia Driscoll, 37. She’s seeking order of protection against Kurt, claiming he had assaulted her.

Kurt swore under oath that Patricia told him she and another woman were the inspiration for Jessica Chastain’s role in the hit thriller “Zero Dark Thirty”.

Patricia was working for a company called Frontline Defense Systems.

She is described on the company’s website as having a career in the narcotics law enforcement and in the intelligence world.

“These statements made about being a trained assassin, hired killer, are ludicrous and without basis and are an attempt to destroy my credibility," Driscoll told AP. She added that some of Kurt’s assassin allegations are derived from a movie script she had been working on "with producers about a female CIA operative…

"He clearly believes fiction is reality and that's all the more reason he needs help,” she said.

Kurt and his attorneys also denied allegations that he hit Patricia, also the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation.

A decision on the protection order is expected later this month or in early February.

When grilled in court about the paid killer assertions, Kurt swore in court, “Everybody on the outside can tell me I'm crazy, but I lived on the inside and saw it firsthand."
