That’s what a source close to the Kardashian matriarch told The National ENQUIRER after Kris filed for divorce from Bruce Jenner, ending their 23-year marriage.
Through extensive interviews with multiple sources close to the once-golden reality TV couple, The ENQUIRER has uncovered shocking claims about the marriage that soured into a living nightmare for the popular Olympic gold medalist.
In a blockbuster world exclusive, The ENQUIRER can also describe how 58-year-old Kris turned the family’s $6 million mansion in Calabasas, Calif., into a “house of horrors” – not only for Bruce, but the entire Kardashian clan, sources claim!
And while putting on a happy public face, Kris subjected 64-year-old Bruce – and her six children – to verbal abuse and bullying, sources say.
We can also expose her “big lie”! While she announced her split from Bruce last October, divorce papers obtained by The ENQUIRER reveal the couple actually separated four months earlier – in June 2013!
“Bruce has finally escaped Kris’ ‘house of horrors,’ but he’ll never be the same,” said a source.
“I think she destroyed him! She subjected him to relentless verbal abuse and punished him emotionally.”
Signs of Bruce’s unhappiness have been visible for years, and possibly manifesting in his gender-bending physical appearance, sources claim.
“When I met Bruce, I thought he was a girl,” said a Kardashian family friend.
According to an expert, altering his looks could be one way Bruce is coping with Kris.
“Despite the fact he’s a world-class athlete, it is possible Bruce became the abused ‘wife’ in this marriage,” Dr. Judy Kuriansky, a noted New York City–based psychologist, who has not consulted with Bruce, and who has extensive training in assessing people who seek gender reassignment, told The ENQUIRER.
A source added: “It’s as if Bruce has fought back by transforming himself.”
The once all-American hunk has had his Adam’s apple shaved down, and had skin fillers, Botox injections, hair plugs and highlights. He also has reportedly undergone two facelifts, plus cosmetic procedures on his nose, lips, chin and jowls.
Even after the couple separated, Kris was still interfering in Bruce’s life.
“You are so controlling,” Bruce slammed Kris after she tried to get him to cut his long hair on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
In a report published in March, an insider was quoted as saying that Bruce was trying to distance himself from being under Kris’ “iron-fisted, almost psychotic control.”
Adding to Bruce’s humiliation, Kris cheated on him during their marriage.
In May 2013, we reported she kissed her longtime hairdresser, Alex Roldan, and Bruce caught her “rekindling” her passionate relationship with Todd Waterman – her lover during her marriage to late attorney Robert Kardashian.
Jan Ashley, who wed Robert in 1998, told The ENQUIRER: “Kris also cheated on Robert multiple times” during their 13-year marriage.
Both Kris and Todd admitted they had a sexual relationship in the late ’80s, while she was married to Robert.
The source added: “I don’t think she cares who she hurts, and she’s faced some serious charges.”
In January 2013, Kris had to publicly defend herself after a published report claimed Robert allegedly wrote in a personal diary that Kris “kicked, beat and threatened to kill” their daughter Kim.
While a spokesperson for Kris blasted the charges as “ridiculous and not true,” other sources call her “abusive” and “intimidating.”
The mom of six also allegedly slammed her son Rob as a “fat slob,” and had him considering “stomach stapling” when he couldn’t lose weight fast enough for Kim’s May wedding to Kanye West.
“Rob ended up fleeing the wedding. The poor guy nearly had a nervous breakdown. He was humiliated,” said the insider.
According to the source, Kris also “intimidated and bullied” daughters Kim, Kourtney and Khloé, and further taunted Kendall and Kylie – her teenaged daughters with Bruce – with humiliating schemes. “Kris said she could make $5 million overnight if she got Kendall and Kylie to film sex tapes. Kris later said she was joking, but Bruce blew his stack,” said the source.Greedy Kris even threatened to slap Kim with a lawsuit! “Kris pointed a finger in her face and told her if she quit the show, she’d sue the living daylights out of her,” the source said.
And before Kim’s daughter North was born, Kris demanded Kim sell a “pregnancy diary” for $5 million, but Kanye intervened, said a source.
While Kris and Bruce both say the claims made in the story are absolutely false and deny any members of the Jenner/Kardashian family have been abused or bullied by Kris, a source added: “Kanye’s the only one strong enough not to fall victim to Kris in her ‘house of horrors.’”
