KID ROCK SENTENCED

description

Hard rockin’ rapper Kid Rock has been sentenced for his notorious waffle house brawl last year.

The incident took place at a local Atlanta branch chain of the Waffle House chain.  Rock and his entourage had been performing and worked up a mighty appetite for pancakes and fisticuffs!

In the wee hours of the morning, they got into a free-for-all with another customer in the fast food emporium

Kid Rock a.k.a. Robert J. Richie, 37, and five of his posse were arrested.

Richie pleaded no contest to one charge of battery and the assault charges were dropped.  The rocker received 80 hours of community service and six whole hours of anger management counseling.

He later held a charity event in March 2008 at the scene of the crime.

At the time of the waffle conflagration, Kid Rock had just hit number one on the music charts with "Rock ‘N’ Roll Jesus."
