Kelly Osbourne has packed on the pounds again, and pals fear she may be eating herself to death!

The former “Fashion Police” co-host and daughter of rocker legend Ozzy Osbourne injured her foot over the holiday season, stopping her from working out — and now four months later all she does is eat all day!

Kelly, 31, has put a whopping 25 pounds on her petite 5-foot-2 frame, and at her heaviest she weighed in at 160 pounds.

Since she shed a huge amount of weight back in 2013, Kelly hasn’t been shy in posting revealing pictures online — but now that she’s packed on some extra weight, the TV host hasn’t shared a photo of herself in a bikini in months.

Kelly initially shared news of her injury in a wheelchair during the holidays on her Instagram feed.

Then in February, she revealed she’s suffering from cuboid syndrome — which causes sharp pain on the outer portion of the foot — and five fractures in her right foot.

“They said the only way you can wear heels is if you take a walking stick,” Kelly shared. “I literally can’t walk without it.”

Kelly told a pal: “I worked too damn hard on my body to let it go now. As soon as I’m able, I’m going to whip myself back into shape!”
