As The ENQUIRER reported previously Theodora was busted by NYPD after scrawling "T <3 A" outside of a Soho convent.
A prosecutor said her tagging left "minimal damage."
"(She) didn't even use permanent paint," Ed Hayes, her lawyer said.
Theodora's mom is former super model Patti Hansen.
