It’s official – DIANE LANE has filed for divorce from “Gangster Squad” star JOSH BROLIN.
According to a report, Lane finally submitted divorce documents – originally filed back in February – to the L.A. County Superior Court on November 27th.
The "Man of Steel" actress cited "irreconcilable differences" as her reason for the breakup.
The documents indicate that Lane will not be seeking spousal support and show that she and Brolin have made a private financial arrangement instead.
The two have no children.
The documents also suggest that the Lane wants her old name back – she had legally changed it to “Diane Lane Brolin,” after her 2004 wedding – but has since dropped the “Brolin” from her last name.
Brolin, who is currently in rehab for alcohol abuse after a string of drunken mishaps, has not commented on the divorce filing.
