Radar has revealed how Katie used the court action to express her disgust for the disgraced Subway pitchman — while also slamming his parenting skills and making sure that Jared never visits his children, ages 3 and 1.
“The reality is that, due to Father’s significant travel, he did not play much of a role in the day-to-day lives of the children,” said Katie’s lawyers, with Jared’s wife now probably very thankful for that!
Added the attorneys: “The potential risk that Father poses to the children is both obvious and unacceptable.”
Katie originally filed her divorce papers just hours after Jared pled guilty on August 19 to child porn charges and crossing state lines for paid sex with minors.
