HOLD the rice! JANE FONDA has decided she doesn’t want to be a bride again!

The Oscar winner is a three-time loser at marriage, and she’s telling pals she doesn’t want to jinx her relationship with record producer Richard Perry by making him hubby number four.

“The wedding’s off and Jane’s attitude right now is, ‘If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,’” revealed a source.

Although the nuptials have been nixed, that hasn’t slowed down the frisky couple’s red-hot love life!

“At 74, I have never had such a fulfilling sex life,” the outspoken star gushed earlier this year. “The only thing I have never known is true intimacy with a man…It has happened with Richard.”

The lovebirds met through her niece, actress Bridget Fonda. And as The ENQUIRER reported in early 2010, Jane fell for Richard, 70, when he nursed her back to health after knee surgery in June 2009.

Since the happy couple started dating, they seriously considered tying the knot multiple times.

“But Jane said she could never find the time,” said the source.

Wedding bells almost rang during Christmas 2009, but super-busy Jane pushed back the nuptials to late 2010 and then late 2011. Yet she continued to get bogged down with projects.

Now, after much thought, the still-beautiful actress – who’s been married to film director Roger Vadim, political activist Tom Hayden and media mogul Ted Turner – has decided to postpone the formalities indefinitely. “She loves him too much to make him just another husband,” confided the source.
