"View" host tells newly ultra-skinny J-HUD to “put some meat on her bones!”
A horrified Joy Behar unloaded on Jennifer Hudson after learning that the 5-foot-9 singer/actress is now a pin-thin size 0.
The talk-show host bumped into the Grammy-winning beauty while shopping in New York City recently and was so concerned she flat-out told the singer that she’s “close to looking anorexic,” revealed a source.
“Joy begged Jennifer to put some meat on her bones!” said the source.
While Joy mentioned the run-in on an early August episode of “The View,” she didn’t reveal the full extent of their conversation.
Joy said on-air that she overheard the salesperson at the store say Jennifer, 29, was a size 0.
“How does that feel?”Joy said she asked Jennifer, who responded: “I feel like they’re talking about someone else.”
But Joy didn’t reveal that she also tried talking some sense into Jennifer right there in the store, according to another insider.
“Joy told Jennifer in no uncertain terms that she’s getting too thin and needs to put on some weight,” said the insider.
