Dirty Dancing star JENNIFER GREY felt the presence of late costar PATRICK SWAYZE as she competed on DWTS.
Grey made her debut last night to Otis Redding‘s "These Arms of Mine" which was featured prominently in 1987 hit Dirty Dancing. And that took her back to being Baby and back in the arms of Patrick Swayze.
When she first heard the tune in rehearsals she broke down crying, telling her partner Derek Hough "It took me back in a time capsule, and I was with Patrick. I just missed him.
"He was like you, young and gorgeous."
But Grey triumphed in the live perf – scoring the highest marks from the judges.
"Baby is back where she belongs," Bruno Tonioli said.
"I know somebody up there is going to be very proud of you."
POP FYI: Jennifer is the daughter of Joel Grey who was the MC in Cabaret.
