GENE TIERNEY DAUGHTER DIES IN POVERTY

Gene Tierney Oleg Cassini Daughter Dies

The last daughter of screen beauty GENE TIERNEY and hubby fashion guru Oleg Cassini has died broke in Paris last week after being stiffed by her stepmother.

Cassini, the fashion designer who famously dressed Jackie Kennedy and movie stunner wife Gene Tierney, left an estate worth estimated worth of $60 million when he died in 2006.

$1 million of that was earmarked for Christina in his will after the death of her older sister Daria in 2010.

The NY Post’s Richard Johnson reported that Cassini’s widow, Marianne Nestor Cassini, who was the executor of the estate, had refused to pay Christina as she battled ovarian cancer.

The two had battled in court for years.

Christina, a mother of four had been in the hospital since last November.

As The ENQUIRER previously reported movie goddess Gene Tierney’s personal life was wracked with personal tragedy and, in later years, mental illness. After an on-again-off again romance Gene and Oleg wed in 1941.

Their first daughter, Daria, was born deaf, severely retarded and nearly blind in 1943 which caused a major rift. During a separation in 1947 Gene had a fling with a young JFK. They divorced in 1948, reconciled and then split for good in 1952.

Upon the divorce agreement $500,000 was to set aside for their daughters upon Oleg’s death. With Daria’s death, Christina was to get the $1 million.

Just another sad footnote to the tragic life of Gene Tierney – and her two daughters with Oleg Cassini.
