The Black Eyed Peas thrush wants to become a mom without getting pregnant.
Last week The ENQUIRER reported that 33-year-old Fergie and her new hubby, actor Josh Duhamel, were at odds over how soon they’d have a baby, because he wants to start a family immediately, while she wants to wait.
But now Fergie and Josh have struck a compromise during their romantic honeymoon, say sources. "They are seriously considering adopting," divulged an insider.
Scheduling children has been a sore subject between Fergie and 36-year-old Transformers hunk Josh. She isn’t ready to put her career on the back burner to have a child right now, sources say, but she knows starting a family is important to Josh and wants to make him happy.
"The two decided that adopting is the perfect solution. They can start their family without Fergie having to put her career on hold," says the source.
"It would be a win-win situation for everyone."
