Pop punk Justin Bieber is caught up in a “brain damage” nightmare that could kill him!
Medical experts tell The ENQUIRER that the 19-year-old singer’s headline-making arrest in Florida may have been triggered by the side effects of a killer drug cocktail known as “sizzurp.” Bieber has reportedly been guzzling “sizzurp” – a homemade party drink that contains the potent painkiller codeine – as well as boozing, smoking pot and gobbling anti-anxiety prescription drugs.
“Sizzurp” could be affecting Bieber’s mental state, sources say, and putting him on a fast track to the grave.
“Sizzurp is a very dangerous drug that’s like any other opiate, such as heroin and oxycodone,” Dr. Damon Raskin, an internist and adviser for the Cliffside Malibu rehab center in California, told The ENQUIRER.
“It can cause respiratory suppression that can initiate seizures, cause brain damage and even death.”
Such brain damage “is absolutely exacerbated by other drug and alcohol use,” Dr. Gregory Smith, a Los Angeles-based expert in addiction and producer of the movie “American Addict,” told The ENQUIRER.
“Sizzurp” is a mixture of prescription cough syrup with codeine and promethazine – an antihistamine that affects breathing – with a soft drink and candy, typically a Jolly Rancher.
Bieber’s former housekeeper, Tatiana Voziouk, told the British newspaper “Sunday People” that she feared the “Baby” singer would end up dead due to “sizzurp” cocktails. Voziouk, 47, began working for Bieber at his $6.5 million mansion in Calabasas, Calif., in August 2012 and claims she saw “sizzurp” ingredients, including prescription cough syrup with codeine, in the house.
Bieber ordered bulk shipments of his favorite codeine syrup from his native Canada, and then mixed it with Fanta Pineapple soda and a Jolly Rancher, a pal told another British newspaper, “The Sun.”
“He even has a child sippy cup of it by his bed,” said the source, who also claimed Bieber spends thousands of dollars a week on marijuana and smokes about 12 bongs a day. The teen singer, who’s worth $160 million, also takes the anti-anxiety medication Xanax and the sleep aid Ambien, said the source.
LAPD reportedly seized five empty bottles of codeine and found marijuana in Bieber’s home after an egg-throwing incident.
Bieber was busted by Miami Beach police on Jan. 23 after he was stopped for drag racing on a residential street in a rented Lamborghini. He reportedly told cops that he’d been smoking marijuana and drinking, and had taken antidepressants.
Americans are so sick and tired of the bratty teen there’s Internet chatter about sending him back to his native Canada – but they may not want him either!
Top Toronto architect Ian Fairlie told The ENQUIRER: “Justin Bieber is a disgrace to Canadians.”
And author Ian Halperin, who also hails from Canada, said: “We should just ship him off to North Korea.”
Although a Bieber rep vehemently denied that he has ever abused “sizzurp,” a pal told The ENQUIRER: “Justin is addicted to pot and ‘sizzurp,’ and along with the booze he’s consuming, I think it’s damaged his brain. He needs to be put in a psychiatric ward or lockdown rehab facility. But he won’t listen to sense because he’s always high. It’s worse than anyone knows.
“He needs help – and he needs it now!”
