DOLLY PARTON’s younger sister, singer STELLA PARTON, survived brutal abuse at the hands of two men – and she’s finally ready to share her story with the world.

In an exclusive ENQUIRER interview, Stella, 62, said her life was nearly upended by a series of abusive relationships, including an attempted rape by an official from her hometown of Sevierville, Tenn., and a kidnapping 10 years later.

She recounts those tales and several others in her new memoir, “Tell It Sister, Tell It.”

Stella writes that when she was 24, a wealthy politician from her hometown sexually assaulted and beat her so badly he broke her nose.

“The bone popped out of my face,” she recalled. “You can still see the scar today.”

Then, when she was in her early 30s, she became engaged to another man who took her out of the country against her will for 10 days.

“That’s kidnapping! I was frightened and desperate,” she said.

Stella also admits to having a sibling rivalry with her famous older sister. She remembers a time when Dolly suggested that Stella should change her last name to pursue a career in music. Stella says she was “heartbroken” by the slight, but she didn’t let it deter her.

“I’ve starred in five Broadway touring musicals and I have released 35 albums – 22 of those have had chart singles,” she told The ENQUIRER.

Stella also insists that despite their differences, she shares a close relationship with her sister, who is an eight-time Grammy winner, including the Lifetime Achievement Award.

“It’s very hurtful for people to think that Dolly and I don’t love each other,” she added. “We do and always have.”
