Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo married Chris Ivery on Friday, reports the Boston Globe. The ceremony was performed at Manhattan’s City Hall by a city clerk, and was witnessed by NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
“They are over the moon,” the Pompeo’s rep told the Globe of the newlyweds.
Pompeo has said her connection with Ivery, a music exec, has a lot to do with their heritage — both were born and raised in Massachusetts.
