“The Big Lebowski” star JEFF BRIDGES and his wife, Susan, raised their three daughters in their sprawling Montecito, Calif., estate.
Now they don’t need nearly 20 acres to maintain.
The next family will get a lot for the couple’s $29.5 million asking price, though.
The property includes a recording studio, a small vineyard, a natural hot spring and a greenhouse.
Susan added that the new owners will get the 65-year-old actor’s “beloved aloe trees – they look like Dr. Seuss plants and require very little water!”
