It’s gonna get real ugly for bitter soon-to-be ex’s KIM KARDASHIAN and KRIS HUMPHRIES as he presses for no-hold-barred divorce trial on charges of fraud!
During a brief hearing Kim’s lawyer Laura Wasser accused the NBA player of attempting to prolong the proceedings for publicity.
But Humphries is telling pals he isn't intimidated wants the truth to be revealed about their “sham” marriage.
Team Humphries plans on grilling Kardashian about what happened to the $325k white Ferrari the former couple was given as a wedding gift by a wealthy Malaysian businessman, amongst other subjects.
The hearing Friday was held to determine if Humphries' Minnesota based attorney, Lee Hutton, could formally represent Humphries in the state of California. During the proceedings Wasser alleged that Humphries was only interested in publicity and that is why he is refusing to settle out of court.
As previously reported a source close to Humphries told RadarOnline.com, "That is absolutely ridiculous!
"Kim and her lawyer are trying to bully Kris into a settlement and that isn't going to happen. The only way that this case won't go to trial is if Kim publicly apologizes to Kris and admits that she only married him for television ratings.
"Kris just wants the truth to come out and Kim is just absolutely livid that she isn't getting her own way. Kris wants Kim to answer questions about their relationship, under oath. Kris is ready for a fight and he has said that Kim should 'bring it on.' Kris won't be silenced and he isn't after her money, he doesn't want one dime from her.
“It's just about the truth coming out, something that Kim's camp seems to be petrified about.
"Kris is ready to be deposed and answer questions under oath. He looks forward to Kim being deposed and he will be there when it happens," the source divulged.
