Corey Sligh — an actor who became a fan favorite on “The Young and the Restless” during a 2012 stint on the daytime soap — has been found guilty of one count of child molestation in his native Georgia.

The actor had originally been indicted on two felony counts for child molestation, but a jury cleared him on a second claim that was made by the same female family member.

The initial charges said that  the abuse of the “under-10-year-old” victim went on between April and September of 2016. The indictment states that Sligh made his young relative “touch his penis with her hand…with intent to arouse, satisfy the sexual desires of the accused.”

Sligh is also facing trial in Florida on additional charges of touching the same girl when she was under the age of 10 during the summer of 2016.

Sligh appeared regularly on “The Young and the Restless” as a bartender and waiter at a restaurant in the soap’s fictional Genoa City — and had smitten viewers briefly speculating in 2014 that he would return to portray the popular character of “Adam Newman” on the soap.

During that same period, Sligh created, wrote and starred in a show called “All About Lizzie,” where he played a writer forced to take in an ex-girlfriend as his roommate while she pursued a lesbian lifestyle.

Sligh previously made headlines in 2014 when he was attacked by two men in a Rite Aid parking lot in West Hollywood on Thanksgiving Day. He was hospitalized, and later filed a lawsuit against the drug-store chain.
