Chuck Norris claims that $30 million is missing in action — and the macho star has gone to court to claim his money!
The 77-year-old tough guy delivered a gut-punch to CBS and Sony Pictures Television, claiming the companies cheated him out of profits for his hit show, “Walker, Texas Ranger.”
According to the suit, CBS agreed to pay Norris 23 percent of the series’ profits after becoming the show’s primary distributor — but welshed on the deal.
Instead CBS and Sony “materially breached the contractual duties they owed to Mr. Norris and his company Top Kick,” the lawsuit charges.
“Walker, Texas Ranger” aired on CBS from 1993 to 2001. and has been broadcast in more than 100 countries.
