Chris Rock — toast of the town as he prepares to host the Oscars — can’t keep this secret under a rock: His long-rumored affair with “Scandal” star Kerry Washington has apparently been confirmed — by her former fiancé!
“Big” star David Moscow was with Kerry for three years, but when asked if their romance ended over rumors of Kerry’s on-set affair with Chris when the two filmed the 2007 comedy “I Think I Love My Wife,” he snapped a terse: “No comment.”
At the time, one source reported the comic’s marriage to his now estranged wife, Malaak Compton, was in trouble — “and actress Kerry Washington may just be at the heart of it all.”

The rumors began when Kerry called off her engagement to David about the same time. Then in late 2006 Chris and Malaak reportedly hired an attorney to begin divorce proceedings. Divorce papers finally surfaced last year.
Meanwhile, the actress went on to marry NFL star Nnamdi Asomugha in 2013.
What’s more, sources said Chris and Malaak’s marriage “was always volatile,” and another insider claimed she knew Chris is “a big flirt.”
