MICHAEL DOUGLAS war with ex-wife DIANDRA soldiers on despite grim throat cancer prognosis.

Softened by Michael’s announcement to media last week that he had a tumor, Diandra had offered to postpone their legal battle over her share of the millions he’ll make from the sequel Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.

"But Michael declined," a source told NY Post. "He wants to get this over with as soon as possible."

Diandra, who divorced Michael in 2000, is suing Douglas  for half the money and royalties he’ll garner from the sequel to his 1987 smash Wall Street where he played Gordon Gekko.

A source close to the Hollywood star said, "If Diandra really wanted to be sympathetic, she would withdraw this bogus lawsuit."

Sadly, Michael who will be undergoing radiation treatments and chemotherapy for his cancer missed a star studded mogul-packed screening of the Oliver Stone flick at a Southhampton mansion over the weekend.

He preferred to spend a quiet dinner with wife Catherine-Zeta Jones, their children, Dylan and Cary, and pals at a secluded restaurant in upstate New York.
