Camille Grammer is finally getting justice after six years. TMZ reported that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has won the case against Dimitri Charalambopoulos in which she claimed her ex attacked her in a hotel room back in 2013.

On Thursday, April 25, the jury ruled that he did, in fact, attack her while also noting that Kelsey Grammer’s ex-wife did not defame Dimitri by reporting the news of the attack.

The 50-year-old was awarded $36,000 in damages, and on top of it, Dimitri was also accused of defaming Camille by claiming she lied about the attack on Access Hollywood.

Camille’s first claims of an attack came in October 2013, but at the time, a grand jury ruled there wasn’t enough evidence to pursue any criminal charges. He then sued her for defaming him, but she came out on top when she shared more evidence and proved he was the one who defamed her.

The attacked happened two years after her highly-publicized divorce from Kelsey Grammer to whom she was married from 1997 until 2011. Camille is currently hitched to husband David C. Meyer, but they’ve been feuding ever since she tragically lost her home in the California wildfires.

She’s “not used to living like this,” a source told The National ENQUIRERDuring one fight, she even reportedly pulled her diamond ring off and said “I even had to buy my own engagement ring!” and threw it at him. Yikes…
