Bill Cosby is in a celebratory mood — and he took to Twitter to let the world know about it!
The disgraced comedian tweeted out to over three million of his followers Friday night — boasting that he won another ‘crucial’ court victory!
Three of the women who have brought charges against Cosby — Therese Serignese, Joan Tashis and Linda Traitz — all agreed to dismiss one of their claims against him for “infliction of emotional distress”, but are still moving forward with their lawsuit for defamation and invasion of privacy.
Part of Cosby’s tweet reads — “#AnotherWin” and “#ClaimsContinueToBeDismissed” — while also praising the “fabulous” job of his defense attorney Angela Agrusa of Liner LLP.

But to attorney Joe Cammarata, who represents seven of the women in the defamation suit, Cosby’s tweet is nothing more than the blind leading the blind!
“That’s outrageous. It’s fake news,” said Cammarata. “We didn’t drop anything, we aren’t dropping anything. We can’t wait to take Mr. Cosby’s deposition. This (Tweet) is inappropriate conduct on behalf of Mr. Cosby and his lawyers.”
Although he recently won a defamation case last month, the entertainer is far from out of the woods. He is scheduled to go to trial in June in a separate case where he is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at his home in 2004.
“I thought he was blind, I don’t know how he could possibly be tweeting anyway,” added Cammarata.
