The National ENQUIRER is lifting the rug concealing one of Hollywood’s hairiest secrets — Kevin Costner is seriously bald!
“He’s obviously wearing a latex or lace-skin hair replacement system,” said Andrew DiSimone, longtime owner of Manhattan salon HairPlace NYC.
The star with the seriously receding hairline sported a crazy new coif while promoting his book, “The Explorers Guild, Vol. One: A Passage to Shambhala,” on Oct. 27 in Los Angeles.
“The obvious contrast between the gray hair of his temples and the bleach-blond mop on top signals a complete disconnect,” Andrew said. “It looks like a graft technology replacement system. That means it would be laced with individual hairs into what’s left of his existing hair.”
Andrew said the hairpiece would need to be reglued to the scalp every three or four weeks — at $500 to $1,000 a pop!
Kevin, 60, joked last year to a “Draft Day” director that “I have about three real hairs on my head. I call them Moe, Larry and Curly!”
