Former kid vid star AMANDA BYNES busted by LAPD on charges of driving under the influence.
RadarOnline.com reported Amanda, 26, was pulled over in West Hollywood and arrested at 3:00 a.m.
"A Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy in a marked black and white radio car, was stopped at the intersection of N/B Robertson Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard preparing to turn right onto Santa Monica Boulevard," an official statement reads.
"When a black BMW driven by actress Amanda Bynes attempted to pass to the right of the radio car, colliding with the right rear quarter panel of the radio car."
The statement goes on to say there was "minor paint transfer damage to both vehicles. Amanda Bynes was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and booked at West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station."
She was booked by police at 5:04 a.m after failing a sobriety test.
Amanda, who made her name on Nicklodeon kid fare getting slimed and starred in Easy A with Emma Stone, was released after posting $5,000 bail.
Ironically, just one month ago Amanda tweeted, "Live fast die young bad girls do it well!"
