After a split triggered last year when he refused to put a ring on it, Al Pacino finally made fashionista Lucila Solá, 37, his on-off galpal of five years, “an offer you CAN’T refuse” — assembling their closest pals to announce, as she blushed like a bride: “I’m crazy in love with Lucila, so I’ve asked her to marry me!”
Then the veteran star, 76 — who’s NEVER married but sired three kids, including twins by actress Beverly D’Angelo — really got the gang gasping!
