“Now that she’s moving to Calabasas (Calif.), she’ll be less than a half hour from his enormous Hidden Valley mansion. they can see each other all the time.”
In October 2013, The National ENQUIRER broke the story that Jamie, 46, and Katie, 35, were involved in a steamy fling, with the “Django Unchained” star often spending the night at her New York home. And while Jamie insisted at the time that he wasn’t dating Tom’s ex, a published report in February 2014 claimed the pair spent time together in New York City during Super Bowl weekend.
Jamie and Katie were desperate to keep their relationship secret, revealed the source.
“Jamie wanted to keep it quiet because he figured Tom would consider it a betrayal of their friendship.”
So now Katie’s plunked down $3.375 million on a 6,200-square-foot Tudor mini-mansion in the same gated development as Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine and Toni Braxton.
“Once Katie’s in Calabasas, she can just hop on the freeway and be at Jamie’s Mediterranean-style villa in no time,” said the source. “And this also puts more space between her and ex-hubby Tom, who’s been living in England.”
