Abby Lee Miller took a bow in court and pleaded “Not Guilty” to charges of bankruptcy fraud!

The “Dance Moms” star is charged with trying to dance her way out of charges that she hid away $755,492 in concealed income — as reported earlier by The ENQUIRER!

Her attorney, Robert Ridge, requested a jury trial and filed an extension for pre-trial motions , all of which was granted by the Magistrate judge.

Abby had good reason to smile in court, too — with reports saying the star-struck Pittsburgh, Pa., court system had moved Monday’s hearing from Nov. 5 to accommodate the filming of “Dance Moms” in Los Angeles.

The reality-show diva might be on a roll, too.

Los Angeles Superior Court judge Ruth Ann Kwan ruled back in July that there wasn’t enough evidence to back Paige Hyland’s claim that Miller had thrown a chair at her!
