Lauren, whose wild sex-texting affair with Jeff preceded his breakup with MacKenzie — formally announced via Twitter the morning of Jan. 9 — called in a lawyer last November to handle her own high-profile split.

A mother of three, Lauren has been married since 2005 to Hollywood mogul Patrick Whitesell, whose A-list clients include Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Michelle Williams, Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds, according to US Weekly.
“Lauren and Patrick consulted Laura Wasser to mediate their divorce,” a source told Radar. “They want to do it very privately and amicably.”
