Boursin Launches Limited Lemon & Dill Flavor, Brings Back Black Truffle & Sea Salt For Spring And Summer

Boursin Cheese is expanding its lineup with the release of a new limited-time flavor, Lemon & Dill, designed to bring a refreshing, citrusy twist to spring and summer entertaining.

The brand is introducing the limited-edition flavor at the same time it brings back fan-favorite Black Truffle & Sea Salt as a permanent offering.

Boursin Lemon & Dill combines tangy lemon with herbaceous dill, bringing a vibrant, fresh flavor for spreading on crackers, mixing into lemon orzo pasta, or topping grilled vegetables.

Alongside the new Lemon & Dill release, Boursin has reintroduced its popular Black Truffle & Sea Salt flavor. Now a permanent addition to the brands portfolio, the cheese combines the rich taste of black truffle with herbal and salty notes. It can be used in recipes including pasta dishes, chicken entrees, flatbreads, or charcuterie boards.
