Miranda Lambert saw Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani go public with their dating at the CMA Awards — and has responded with quoting some very sad lyrics!
But her ex Blake says the real message is that they’re both moving on!
The divorcing country diva went to her Facebook page to recite a few lines from the song “Better Than” by the band Lake Street Dive…
“I could spend ages reading the news
“I could spend days, singing the blues
“But I turn up the tv light
“Give up without a fight
“Better than pretending to know what’s wrong and what’s right”
Miranda had admitted that she “needed a bright spot” while accepting Female Vocalist of the Year during her own appearance at the CMA Awards.
Meanwhile, a “Voice” insider says it’s for the best that Miranda is thinking about putting the past behind her — after The ENQUIRER covered some of the most shocking reports about the couple’s break-up.
“Blake and Gwen haven’t been shy on the set about being together,” said the insider.
“He hasn’t been cruel about Miranda — he’s just made it clear that neither of them is going to be worrying about each other’s next romance!”
