America’s Next Top Deposition: Bill Cosby Ordered To Testify In Janice Dickinson Lawsuit

Janice Dickinson and her lawyers are going to get Bill Cosby swearing!

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Debre Katz Weintraub just ruled that the disgraced comic will have to provide sworn testimony in the defamation lawsuit filed by the star of “America’s Next Top Model!”

Janice is just one of dozens of women who’ve come forward with tales of being drugged and sexually molested by the formerly wholesome sitcom star.

She claims the attack happened in 1982, and — like many other victims making charges — says she was afraid to go after the Hollywood superstar in court.

But now Janice is suing over defamation, saying her reputation has suffered over Cosby and his former attorney, Martin Singer, saying that she’s lying about being raped by the comic in a Lake Tahoe, Calif., hotel room.

As reported by Radar Online last week, Cosby was recently forced to provide another deposition in a lawsuit filed by Judy Huth, who claims Cosby sexually molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, when she was only 15 years old.

A source revealed to Radar that “Mr. Cosby refused to answer multiple questions and seemed very angry” — and going up against a celebrity like Janice Dickinson won’t be any more pleasant!
