Courteney Cox is obsessed over erasing the age gap with her toyboy groom, and has plunged into a shocking nip/tuck spree!
The desperate 51-year-old “Cougar Town” babe, who’s set to wed rocker Johnny McDaid, 43, has already plumped her face with fillers and injections.
Pals said she’s now arranging a hush-hush operation to get rid of her “turkey neck” and erase the wrinkles around her boobs!
“Courteney’s just had another big round of Botox and fillers, which always makes her neck look older until it settles,” dished an insider.
“But this time she’s decided she wants to do something about it. She’s talking to her surgeon about a neck lift. She hates her ‘turkey wattle.’
“She also wants her cleavage lasered so it’s smooth and youthful. She wants to wear a strapless wedding dress, so she sees this as crucial work!”
Courteney has denied resorting to major cosmetic fixes in the past.
“It’s no secret I’ve had some Botox, but I won’t go under the knife,” she said recently. “Johnny isn’t into that whole Hollywood look anyway, so I don’t feel pressure to keep looking like a 20-year-old for him.”
But her impending nuptials have made her desperate to look young for her groom.
“Courteney is sensitive about their eight-year age gap, which is why she spends so much time fussing over her appearance,” said a source.
“Johnny has told her time and again she’s beautiful just the way she is. But Courteney can’t resist trying new treatments, and she’s desperate to look her best for the wedding.”
Courteney confessed to pals she has “nightmares over the idea of looking like a middle-aged woman in her wedding photos,” the source added.
“She thinks it’s possible to look like a twentysomething when she should be growing old gracefully!”
