New York City is cheering as a brave husband in The Bronx rushed back into his apartment building to hunt down the man who tried to rape his wife!
But now Mamadou Diallo, 61, has been arrested after using a tire iron to protect his building’s residents from career criminal Earl Nash.

The would-be rapist, 43, had been arrested 19 times before finally choosing the wrong victim in Nenegale Diallo.
Nash knocked on her apartment door at the Claremont Terrace apartments and asked for a drink of water — before breaking in, beating Nenegale with a chair, and attempting to tear off her clothes off.
Nenegale was able to fight off the assailant and then called her husband — who was outside the building leaving for work.
As seen in the video above, Mamadou, armed with a tire iron, chased down Nash and confronted him in an elevator.

The violent encounter left Nash with a fractured skull and his blood coating the hallways.
One neighbor, Amadu Kamara, described Mamadou as “a fine gentleman” — but he’s now been arrested on assault charges, with NYC officials saying that the charges may be upgraded.
