Spice Girls singer Victoria Beckham earned the top spot on Mr. Backwell's 48th annual Worst Dressed List.

"Forget the fashion spice, wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em," said Blackwell, who was designing dresses for the rich and famous when he originated the list.

The roll-call of fashion follies also includes Amy Winehouse, Mary-Kate Olsen, Fergie, Kelly Clarkson, Eva Green, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan and Alison Arngrim.

Blackwell said he left Britney Spears off the list this year because, "I felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval. I hope 2008 is a better year for her."

On the bright side, Blackwell also listed his well-dressed favorites. The Fabulous Fashion Independents list included Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Katie Holmes, Katherine Heigl and Cate Blanchett.
