JUDGE DENIES BAIL, CALLS CONRAD MURRAY A DANGER TO SOCIETY

DR. CONRAD MURRAY won't be getting out of jail anytime soon!

MICHAEL JACKSON's doctor, who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter on Nov. 7, has been denied bail while he appeals his conviction.

Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor said Murray is a flight risk and would be a danger to society if he tries to practice medicine again.

"The bottom line is the defense does not have significant property or employment or family ties in the Los Angeles or California area," Judge Pastor said of Murray. "If he were to go to another country, that country might very well allow him to practice medicine."

The judge also Murray treated Jackson like a "medical experiment" and called the situation "medicine madness."

Murray, 59, has been kept in solitary confinement in Los Angeles County jail serving a four-year jail sentence.
