LATEST: Dutch thug JORAN VAN DER SLOOT sentenced -- gets 28 years on murder rap!

The longtime prime suspect in the disappearance of Alabama teen NATALEE HOLLOWAY pleaded guilty to the murder of Stephany Flore, 21 in Lima, Peru in 2010.

Prosecutors had sought a 30-year sentence for first-degree murder and theft in the killing of Stephany Flores.

Joran will be free June 10, 2038, the judge ruled. He was aslso fined nearly $74,000.

Flores died five years to the day after the unsolved disappearance of Natalee Holloway on the Caribbean isle of Aruba.

Holloway's parents want him extradited to the United States to be tried on charges of exctortion.

As The ENQUIRER previously reported Joran pleaded guilty on Wednesday.

Natalee was declared legally dead yesterday by an Alabama judge.
