Jodi Arias Sentenced Life Imprisonment, No Parole

Convicted killer JODI ARIAS was sentenced by Judge Sherry Stephens to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.

As The ENQUIRER previously reported Arias killed her boyfriend Travis Alexander in 2008 what prosecutors said was her attempt to end the relationship.

Which she did  – by shooting and stabbing him nearly 30 times in his Phoenix home before escaping to Utah, prosecutors charged.

The 2013 trial made headlines worldwide as all the lurid details of their relationship and gruesome crime scene photos emerged.

The decision handed down was a formality after the jury was deadlocked whether or not to give Arias, 34, the death penalty as an option.

The judge declined to do that.

Arias will serve her sentence in a 12-by-7-foot cell in a maximum-security unit at the women’s Perryville prison west of downtown Phoenix.
