The monstrous mother who admitted to murdering her three little kids — even as one told her how much she loved her — had a long and twisted track record of drug abuse, mental instability and dangerous parenting, according to court records!

Jessica McCarty, 33, horrified the nation back on March 29, when she dialed 911 and told police she had just drowned her daughter Lacey, 7, after strangling her brothers Phillip, 6, and Christopher Swist, 5 months, with an extension cord.

When they arrived at her blood-spattered Palm Bay, Fla., home just minutes later they found her sobbing husband Chris Swist, 30, holding his limp baby boy in his arms.

Jessica was sitting in the living room where she had slit her wrists, rambling about getting ready for a “girl’s day” with Lacey, before dashing out onto the front lawn screaming; “My three kids are dead!!”

She was finally subdued with a beanbag shotgun.

In a sick display of how much impact she could have on his life, McCarty texted Chris horrific images of the house covered in her blood and strewn with the children’s lifeless bodies to get him to rush home.

Unlike Smith, she immediately copped to the crime, raging as they cuffed her: “Just give me the death penalty, right here, right now.”

And while she has since pleaded ‘not guilty’ to the horrific massacre, her history may be the best case the prosecution has against her.

Court documents reveal that McCarty had previously told family members, “I will snap my babies’ necks and take them with me when I kill myself.”

She was investigated for child neglect in 2009 by the Department of Children and Families and labeled a “risk” to her children.

The agency recommended she receive “mental health counseling.” She was also arrested on multiple occasions over the years, but served just 15 days in jail.

“This was a troubled woman,” said a representative for the State Attorney. “But she was prosecuted for her crimes accordingly.”

Now she’s facing the death penalty and charged with three counts of first-degree murder and her family is left to deal with the carnage she has left behind for them to deal with.

Chris, who was only father to the baby, but says he treated them all like his children, has created a non-profit organization called “3 Angels For All,” for disadvantaged kids to play organized sports.

Just one day before the massacre Chris had coached Lacey and Phillip — the children of her ex-husband Phillip — in what was sadly, their final game.

Their field will be renamed “3 Angels For All,” in their honor.

“All I have left is the memories that my children blessed me with,” Chris said. “But I don’t think you ever heal from this.”
