JENNIFER HUDSON broke down in tears as she faced WILLIAM BALFOUR the man accused of killing her family.

Jennifer Hudson testified her family didn't want her sister to Balfour who’s on trial on charges of killing her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.

Prosecutors say he killed the Oscar winner's family after becoming enraged that Hudson's sister, his estranged wife, had begun dating someone else.

Hudson struggled to hold back tears as she told jurors, "None of us wanted her to marry him."

 "We did not like how he treated her."

Hudson began to cry softly as she spoke about her especially nephew Julian, who was murdered.

"It was always me and my Tugga Bear. That's what I called him," she said of her nephew.
