Law enforcement authorities accuse JUSTIN BIEBER impersonator of sexually abusing and threatening a New Jersey preteen aged 12 as cops stage a sting op.

In New Jersey, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn Murray told media that Lee Moir, 34, of Toronto, Ontario, posed as the teen idol on Facebook.

Cops charge Moir that he allegedly threatened to cause grievous harm to the girl's family in order to force her to perform sex acts via a video chat site.

Canadian authorities launched a sting operation parallel to the Garden State investigation in which an undercover officer posed as a 14-year-old girl.

North of the border vice cops say Moir engaged the undercover officer in sexual conversations, requesting a secret meeting.

Toronto law enforcement arrested the faux Bieber when he arrived at a designated location that was agreed upon between the suspect and undercover teen.

Moir was charged in Canada with luring, manufacturing child pornography and extortion.
