Most women would kill for the attention Stéphanie Beaudoin is getting! But after being dubbed the “World’s Sexiest Criminal,” the nursing student-turned-cat burglar’s rabid online following may prove to be a liability.

“This is crazy!” Beaudoin’s attorney Denis Lavigne told The National ENQUIRER. “There aren’t many judges out there who would release her because she’s hot.”

Beaudoin faces a whopping 114 felony counts for burglary, breaking and entering and possession of illegal firearms. She’s accused of leading a gang of teen accomplices on a rampage through 42 homes in the Canadian towns of Arthabaska and Maple.

But when news of her bust was accompanied with a bikini photo, the smoking-hot lawbreaker, 21, set off an all-points bulletin online.

“Stéphanie Beaudoin can steal my heart any day,” wrote one person on Twitter.

Beaudoin’s attorney, Denis Lavigne, tells The National ENQUIRER that because Beaudoin sought online attention while conducting her crime wave, he may be able to build a defense for her actions.

“We are collecting medical opinions to see if she’s fit to stand trial,” he said. “She has a history of diagnosed mental issues,” he said.

Since Beaudoin’s bikini photo went viral, fans have set up a Facebook fan page, which already has more than 9,000 “Likes” and a slew of comments, including one urging her to “kidnap me anytime.”

he femme felon is so popular that a Connecticut toy company has immortalized her as an action figure, available for $29.95 “while supplies last” at Herobuilders.com.

Beaudoin has even stolen the thunder from another criminal Internet sensation, Jeremy Meeks. He made headlines in June when his mug shot spotlighted his chiseled good looks and piercing blue eyes. Meeks went on to land a modeling agent, despite being booked on weapons and gang-related charges.

Beaudoin can also keep up with Meeks in this category. Adding to Beaudoin’s woes, police seized a cache of nine guns in the backseat of her Mitsubishi Lancer. “These were not her weapons,” Lavigne insisted. “They were taken from some of the homes.”

Despite her attorney’s claims, Beaudoin remains under house arrest until Nov. 17 when she’s due back in court.
