Richard Glossip has been granted more time to think about his upcoming execution — all the way until Sept. 30!

Glossip was twice convicted of ordering the 1997 murder of his boss, Barry Von Treese.

His case has been turned into a worldwide cause by actress Susan Sarandon and the nun she played in the film “Dead Man Walking,” Sister Helen Prejean.

Glossip’s lawyer secured the stay from the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals by introducing an affidavit from another inmate who claimed Glossip’s co-defendant, Justin Sneed, admitted to setting him up to take the fall.

Glossip, 52, was sentenced to death solely on the testimony of Sneed, who received a life sentence in a deal with prosecutors.

The condemned man — exclusively interviewed on Death Row in the Oklahoma State Penitentiary by The National ENQUIRER — was eating his last meal of pizza, a burger and fish and chips when he heard the startling news just three hours before he was to be put to death via lethal injection!
