Law enforcement authorities say a suburban man stabbed his parents to death with a samurai sword and is in custody.
In suburban Atlanta, DeKalb County Police spokeswoman Mekka Parish says the remains of a 73-year-old woman and her 75-year-old husband were found by a relative who stopped by visit to late Thursday afternoon
Parish says the coupl's 39-year-old son was quickly ID-ed as a suspect.
After an intensive manhunt the son was collared less than two hours later at a nearby park after his parents ‘corpses were discovered.
Authorities are in the process of filing formal charges against the suspect, and the vic's identities haven't yet been made public.
Investigators were awaiting a warrant to search the rest of the victims' house.
